Booking Procedures
Sessions: All bookings must be made at least 1 day in advance. I am unable to honor same-day bookings at this time.
Confirmation: An email confirmation will be sent once your booking is processed. Please review the details carefully and notify me immediately if any corrections are needed.
How to: Reservations can be made through my booking site, through confirmation emails or by contacting me at mathlabwithmrsp@gmail.com.
Payment Terms
Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
Payment Types: I accept credit, debit, google pay or Venmo.
Refunds: In the event of a cancellation, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the transaction to appear on your account.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
How to: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by using the links in your confirmation email.
Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to receive a full refund. Any cancellations made less than 12 hours before will incur a $15 fee.
No-Show: In the event of a no-show, you will be charged a 50% fee of original booking price.
Rescheduling: There is no fee at any time to reschedule your original appointment, but I would greatly appreciate at least a 12-hour heads up if you can do that! Changes are subject to availability but I will try my best to accommodate your calendar. Thank you so much!
